Justin Willis

Worship Leader

South Carolina native, Justin is the worship leader at Anchor Church. Born and raised in the church of the Nazarene, Justin made the decision to pursue a life with Christ at an early age. He was involved in various South Carolina Nazarene district events, such as Impact, where he gained his love for worship by touring the state with a choir and band. It was also at events such as this where he met his wife, Bethany. Justin graduated from The College of Charleston with a Computer Science degree and is now a software developer for an IT company. With his family’s musical history, and ever-expanding library of favorite worship songs, Justin’s main focus in leading music is to help prepare hearts for true worship of God.

What to Expect

Service
bible
  • Anchor Church meets as a house church in North Mount Pleasant. Our time together is relaxed, welcoming, and real — you don’t have to dress a certain way or have it all figured out. Just come as you are.
  • Each week we sing, talk honestly about Scripture, share Communion, and gather around the table for a meal together. It feels less like attending an event and more like being part of a family.
  • If you’re visiting for the first time, you are truly welcome here. We would love to meet you and help you feel at home.
Communion
communion
  • We receive communion every week at Anchor Church. We practice an open-table, that means that anyone who desires a relationship with Jesus is welcome at the table.
Children
children's church
  • During our gathering, we provide a fun and safe space for children to experience God’s love. Kids enjoy singing and dancing to worship music, creating fun crafts, and learning about who God is through Bible stories and activities—all while being cared for by trusted volunteers.
